About the A201K3CE

The A201K3CE contactor is an Eaton Cutler-Hammer A200 series magnetic contactor. It is a three-phase device with an open type of architecture. It is equipped with front end contactors and it has a NEMA Size 3 body. It has a current rating of 90 Amps and it works well with a 3-phase voltage supply. It supports up to a voltage rating of 600 Volts. The power rating of the contactor is 25 Horsepower for a voltage supply of 208 Volts, 30 Horsepower for a 240 Volts supply, and 50 Horsepower for a 600 Volts supply. It operates with a frequency of 60 Hertz. The A201K3CE contactor has a non-reversing function. There are three poles in this contactor variant. The minimum and maximum coil voltage of the contactor is 600 Volts. The magnetic contactor is mounted onto the panel of an electrical control system by using a DIN Rail.

The A201K3CE contactor is equipped with normally open contacts on the top via screw terminals. The contactor device is usually a relay which is used to switch the current between the electric motor or across another high-power load. A large electrical motor can be protected from damage due to overcurrents by using the magnetic contactor device. The installation of the contactor should take place with caution.
