About the EHD2025

The EHD2025 is a molded case circuit breaker module manufactured by Eaton Cutler-Hammer. This is a generic 2-pole circuit breaker with the current rating of 25 Amps which can be used for a variety of applications. The maximum current rating is valid only if the breaker is working at temperatures lower than 40 degrees Celsius. The EHD2025 is a C Series MCCB with the rating below 30 Amps which means that this device is suitable for HID (High-Intensity Discharge) use. The circuit breaker is suitable to be integrated into electrical circuits with a voltage lower than 480 Volts AC. Because it is a generic module, users cannot change its trip unit. The tripping characteristics for the device remain the same whether it is working at 50 or 60 Hertz.

The Cutler-Hammer EHD2025 is a thermal-magnetic circuit breaker with a 14 kAIC interrupting rating at 480 Volts AC. The casing of the device is made to withstand tough industrial environments and to give protection to the internal circuitry of the breaker.
