This breaker has been designed with consideration taken for the sizes and mechanisms from the M frame product line of the C Series of Eaton molded case circuit breakers. The Eaton Cutler-Hammer HMDL3450 3-pole thermal-magnetic circuit breaker is recommended for applications that require a high interrupting capacity. Its 3 poles can detect an abnormal current at the same time, offering a fast tripping action. One of the benefits of the Eaton Cutler-Hammer HMDL3450 3-pole thermal-magnetic circuit breaker is that once it has detected a fault and this fault has been cleared, it can start operating immediately. There is no waiting time for this kind of device.
